With over twenty (20) years of consulting experience, we hold an extensive client and project list in the West. Clients have included corporate real estate firms; investment banking institutions; State and municipal governments; private consulting firms; property owners; business firms; non-profit organizations; and, quasi-public development organizations. The principal of the firm, Rich Crystal, holds a Bachelors Degree in Geography/Urban Planning and a Masters in Public Administration from Arizona State University. Mr. Crystal is a self-employed, licensed real estate broker, has taken the National Association of Securities Dealers Series 7 stock and bond securities training, and is a certified Economic Development Finance professional by the National Development Company.
